What is your Return Policy?
Umbrasports.com is an online store that guarantees customer satisfaction based on our fashion style and trendy designs and proven reliability. Our Quality Control team ensures that the products you ordered are of top quality and great function before they are packaged up and sent out to you. However, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may opt to return them for a refund or exchange.
Online purchases made through Umbrasports.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We have a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy!
NOTE: For hygienic and safety reasons, we will not refund or exchange swimsuits.
There wasn’t an invoice in my parcel, how can I return?
You’ll no longer receive an invoice in your parcel. We do electronic invoicing. Please check your email.
How can I return an item/order?
Unsuitable items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, (following your tracking information).
Please make sure the merchandise is in perfect condition (new/unworn) with all original tags and packaging when they are returned to us. Anything that is worn, damaged, washed, unpacked or altered in anyway cannot be returned. Swimsuits are non-returnable. If your item/order is returnable, please follow this instructions:
- You will need to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) before sending your returned item(s) back to Umbrasports.com. CONTACT US or email: returns@umbrasports.com to request a RMA within ten (10) days after receipt of package. If a package is returned without a RMA, the refund may be refused or delayed.
- Securely pack your merchandise in a protective box or waterproof envelop. Item(s) received unwrapped or with the manufacturer’s bag ripped or torn, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar may be subject to denial or 15% restocking fee.
- Place a piece of paper with your name, #RMA and reason for the return, inside your package.
- The original shipping fee and shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. Umbrasports recommends you to ship your package with insurance using a trackable shipping method.
Choose to be refunded in Umbrasports.com online credit, you will receive an additional $5 gift once your refund has been processed. No cash value.
- Ship your package to the address indicated by returns@umbrasports.com.

How soon will I receive a refund?
Returns usually takes up to two weeks for your refund to be processed and a further 7 days for the funds to show in your account. This is dependent on your bank’s processing time.
The refund will go back to the payment method you used when placing your order, once we process your return, you will get an email confirming that your refund is on its way.

Can I exchange my order?
We offer One-Time Free exchanges to US customers, but also you can return your package and order again. In order to exchange your order please contact returns@umbrasports.com to make sure that we have your items in inventory and keep them out of stock for you.
- I am outside of the returns policy, can I return?
We move fast and the turnaround of stock we sell means that we will not be able to resell your goods, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns that are over 30 days. If your return is received after this time frame, your return will be denied and sent back to you. Our software only process returns entered within the 30 days of receiving your order. This is an electronic process linked to the tracing information.
I don’t have the original packaging of the merchandise, can I return?
Yes, but there will be 15% restocking fee. Items without original packaging or with ripped or torn wraps, cannot be restocked. This items are considered non-resealable until handled individually to their original condition.
Return Exemptions
For hygienic and safety reasons, we will not refund or exchange swimsuits. Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Returning multiple items?
If a customer orders one item and returns it in original condition, there will be no restocking fee. If a customer orders more than one item, there will be a 15% restocking fee on each item returned. By way of example, if a customer orders two or more items (in one or more transactions/orders),keeps one and returns the rest, there will be a 15% restocking fee on each item returned. This policy was put in place to discourage customers from ordering multiple items for comparison purposes. The practice of comparison shopping increases our costs and will result in higher prices. Once your return order is received at Umbrasports, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure it is in its original condition. Once approved, we will issue your refund minus the restocking fee to the original form of payment.
I can’t see the refund on my bank statement
Refunds are sneaky things and can show up in a couple of places:
- Normally it shows on the day of refund confirmation by us (or up to 7 days after this date depending on your bank’s processing times)
- If it’s not there, try looking back to the date when you bought the items – some banks now highlight the refund credit against the initial debit date (or up to 7 days after this date depending on your bank’s processing time)

Can I change the refund method for my return?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
You can change your refund method, if you choose to be refunded in Umbrasports Online Credit, you will receive an additional $5 once your refund has been processed!
Refused & undeliverable packages.
All refused shipments & undeliverable packages will be charged 30% restocking fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
