  • How is Umbra Sports shipping process?

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Umbrasports.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Unless you receive an email indicating the specific item(s) in your order placed in backorder. You will be charged when your order, or the available portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

  • When can I expect my order?

 Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days but processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies.

Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. The cut-off time for all shipping services is 12 PM PST. Please note that there may be processing delays during sales events and peak shopping days. All orders must be dispatched within 10 business days (maximum processing time). 

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Please check your junk/spam mail folder if you did not receive one. 

Umbrasports is not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions and/or carrier related issues. Delivery time for shipping rates are estimates only.

Shipping method for Canada & international orders is through USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 10 to 20 business days, this is only an estimate. For International orders, our packages are transferred from USPS to the destination country carrier who controls the delivery. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be impacted by local customs inspections, delays, nor any extra fees. Customers are responsible for all custom duties/taxes.

  • What kind of shipping options do you offer? 

  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 
  • International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. 

We don’t currently offer expedited shipping at our checkout process, but if you need an order shipped via Express services, please CONTACT US for a quote before placing the order. 

  • What are your shipping fees?

  • A flat rate of $8.95 is charged on every domestic (US) order under the value of $99. 
  • US orders above $99 ship for free! 
  • An International flat rate of $35.95 is charged on every international order. (We don’t currently offer free shipping on International orders).  

The minimum order value to receive free US shipping must be $99 before taxes and after any applicable discount. 

  • Should I pay additional taxes or fees for my package?

Orders shipped to addresses within the US are not subject to additional duties or taxes prior to delivery.

Orders placed outside the US territory may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on certain products. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this. Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges, therefore, we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.

If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters prior to placing your order.

  • Do all your items ship within the USA?

Yes. We have 2 different shipping facilities. Our warehouses are located in California and Miami, so different items may be shipped from different warehouses depending on the location of the ordered items.

  • Do you ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office/Diplomatic Post Office). We proudly dispatch orders to our U.S. military/government personnel stationed overseas.

  • These items will be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 5-10 business days from the ship date.
  • The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO/DPO destination.
  • I’m missing items from my order!

Your package might be coming in more than one shipment. Please get in touch by going to the CONTACT US tab.

Your item(s) could be in blackorder or we may have shipped your order in separate packages so please check your email to see if any of your items will be arriving separately (don’t forger to check your Junk/Spam email folders). You will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each package sent.

  • I Think My Package Was Lost Or Stolen, What Do I Do Now?

Umbrasports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. You are responsible for tracking and receive/pick up your package and/or for coordinating deliveries with the Mail Carrier. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please CONTACT US and visit your local US Post office to request a “Missing Mail Search”.   

If your tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered at the destination address, we will file a claim on your behalf, but won’t be able to further assist you. We recommend that our customers retrieve their packages as soon as possible from their doorstep or front porch. 

  • Shipping to a Freight Forwarder

Anytime a freight forwarder is used, Umbrasporsts will not be accountable for damage, defect, material difference or loss that arises to products after handing off to the freight forwarder. Items missing after being received by you or the freight forwarder, will be your responsibility. If the package destination is to a forwarder and not the customer, the freight forwarder’s address is Umbrasports customer’s address. Therefore, Umbrasporsts is no longer held accountable for missing/damaged packages beyond this point.

  • I cannot find the answers to my questions, how do I reach customer service?
